Yet another HT card to review 0_o
This card is alright...here are the good and the bad 0_o
Good: Pretty High Power level for a level 3...
Pretty good power, but really only useful in a few types of decks..
Bad: Low power up rating for a level 3....
He's a level 3..so he's hard to get to if you're playing one of the
types of decks he's good in..
You'll find this card in Black Manipulation decks...and a few
Backlash
decks..becuz you can see if your opponent can stop your attacks with
the
cards in their hands...

Vegeta The Last Prince - Lvl.3 HT
Bleh what an annoying power. Its like a stare down every combat.
Though its not good to just make a deck based on his level 3 power,
I would play the ht in something like anger. You can easily get rid
of that CTP they may have in their hand or something that lowers
your anger. You can probably jump to the next level easy by getting
rid of their 1 card they were saving for you. His power stages are
pretty high to so physicals will do alot of damage at this stage.
But if your playing anger you don't really care for that.
