Power: Physical attack doing +5 power stages of damage. If
successful, lower your opponent's anger 2 levels, and if he has 0
anger, lower his Main Personality 1 personality level.
This is an ok card. Nothing too great. It will scare anger decks a
bit, but that really should be it.
It is a big physical attack, but now there are a lot bigger ones. If
you plan on using this to combat anger decks, I’d look elsewhere.
There are much better options out there. That and anger doesn’t do a
lot right now. Apocalyptic Battle is where I’d go. The two anger is
nothing; the lowering one level hurts. Lowering to level 1 is worse.
You can save yourself a Supreme Kai’s Ki Push. But honestly, I don’t
think it is worth a spot in your deck. There are much better
physical attacks with better if successful effects, and much better
ways to deal with anger.
Standard: 1.5 out of 5.0 (deal with anger)
Tuff Enuff: 1.3 out of 5.0
Sealed: 2.9 out of 5.0 (not bad here, can stall some decks)

A physical for +5 is always nice. If successful, lower their anger 2
if successful and if they have 0 anger they lose a personality
level. Pretty decent for an uncommon. Its okay for heros since they
dont have a Cells Threatening position yet. And its still a pretty
big attack for an uncommon. Blue decks get more +5 physicals in this
set and heres another card to add in. Hm yeah thats about it.

Friday - Majin Buu's Bicycle kick
This is a pretty good card. If you have a physical beatdown deck, it
may be
wise to run one of these in it. A physical for +5 before modifiers
is good
as it is, but it also lowers your opponents anger 2. And after that,
if
they are at 0 anger, they lose a personality level. This is very
good,
because if your opponent has 2 or less anger when you perform this
attack,
they can say goodbye to a personality level. Too bad the text is "if
Successful". Of course, if you are running a red physical beatdown
deck
and you use REd Torso Chop before this, and they have 2 or less
anger, then
they will definetly lose a personality level :). But it's still no
Blue
Happiness or Cell's Threatening Position :)
Standard: 3.0 (being able to slow down anger decks is helpful..)
Tuff ENuff: 3.3 (A beefy attack, and a way to keep your opponent
down to his
less powerful level after he Aura Clashes, AYTEs, Determination
DRills, or
any of those other cards that let them advance personality levels
easily)

Majin Buu's Bicycle Kick
Hmmm... Interesting. +5 stages is not too shabby, even today. But,
most decks do not rely on going up levels. Most decks that do use
Anger will gain Anger rapidly, and you'll be lucky to have them at 0
anger for more than two phases, unless you have a card attached to
them. Some decks also like to use stuff like Aura Clash/AYTE to get
to a certain level. This card can affectt those decks because they
use very little anger other than those two cards. Anyway, I would
not use more than two of this card. Even with its secondary effect,
not too many decks will be affected by it.
Standard - 2.4/5.
TE - 2/5.

Majin Buu's Bicycle Kick, #59 from
Fusion Saga.
Power: Physical attack doing +5 power stages of damage. If
successful, lower your opponent's anger 2 levels, and if he has 0
anger, lower his Main Personality 1 personality level.
I really like this card! There are not too many cards out there that
can
lower personality levels, although with Fusion Saga there came a lot
more. This card is definitely one of the better ones. This card is
most likely going to be used more in Tuff Enuff where people use Are
You Tuff Enuff??? and Aura Clashes like crazy. Besides the fact this
card has the possibility to lower your opponents personality level,
it is also a physical attack for +5, which is not bad at all.
The only downsides to this card is that to lower your opponents
personality level this attack has to be succesful and your opponent
has to be at 0 anger, after you lower it 2.
(By the way, I added 4 of this card to my Red Majin Buu deck that
got me
into Top 64!)
Ratings:
Regular - 3.5 (a good physical with a good if succesful effect,
though not
too many decks will be above level 1 anyway)
Tuff Enuff - 4.25 (A nice freestyle card that you can add to any
physical
beatdown deck; a lot of decks rely on their high levels in tuff
enuff, use
this card to bring them back down)
Sealed deck - 2.5 (This card will mainly just be used for a physical
attack
for +5)
