Friday: DBZ Ultimate Champion
This card is the World Champ card for a reason: It's broken. Nothing
more to say.
ANY METHOD OF PLAY: 5/5 (if only I could give a 10/5)

The word broken does not do this card justice. It shuts down TES for
the whole game if it works. Ouch. But that's only the beginning.
Heck, shutting down TES would be a reward in and of itself. But, you
can prevent your opponent from using Battlegrounds, Locations,
Non-Combats, Allies, or Sensei for the whole game. You see the
opponent is playing an Ally deck? Yay, name Allies. Boom, good game.
A Drill deck? Okay, name Nons, watch attacks do base damage, and
laugh as they lose all the fun Drills they use to control you. Those
are the two decks that would be hurt the most by this card. The good
thing is that there will be only one of this card for a while. Gee,
I wonder who owns it. If I was playing him, I'd try to get it out of
his deck, even if it meant wasting an entire BSM. Heck, you can also
hang onto TES, but I would suspect that the person playing this
would back it up with
a TES.
Rating:
Standard - 4.99/5. As close to perfect as you can get, but there's
the
off-chance that it may be discarded/removed before it's used, or
even
stopped.
TE - 4.99/5.

Dragonball Z World Champion
Ok...there's really not much to say on
this one besides...if you have it you win :-p Stopping non combats
from even being played plus stopping TES o.O That definitely gets a
great rating on its own, but because goku is on the picture...I
think we need to boost it :) Basically, you don't have to worry
about being sphered when you play TIAWT, GDQ, BP, or any other game
owning card. Plus not allowing your opponent to play non-combat
cards totally blows anything dball can use against you out of the
water. Now we need a Dragonball Z Anti-World Champion card :-D
Standard and TE - 5.5 (Because of
the Goku picture)

Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Champion – World Champion 2003 Card
Uber Rare – SZ9
Combat
Sensei Deck.
Bleh Bleh Bleh. Broke.card. I’m going to make this short and sweet…
Only one person has this card, and it better stay that way. Unless I
get one of course.
This is, hands down, the new best card in the game. Seeing only one
is in existence, don’t worry your little heads about this broken
card. Let’s see… you shut down the best card in the game, Trunks
Energy Sphere, as well as shut down virtually any card type. I mean…
playing DB? Non-combats no more. Ally? Allies no more. City In
Turmoil bugging you? Battlegrounds no more.
Let’s just say if this is pulled off early game, say good game. If
Dustin pulls this off early against you, concede. Or something like
that. Even if he pulls it off late, I bet he can make a massive
comeback, if he didn’t already WTLTH or something like that. This
card can win a game with some sharp playing. That’s all there is to
it. One broken card, such as this one, wins games. It ruins whole
decks so bad it isn’t funny.
Whatever you do, if you see yourself playing Dustin, Black Scout
Maneuver this card. I know I will.
