Piccolo lvl 2-
Expanded- This level is very good in
both formats, and since there isnt really agreat lvl 2 for
Piccolo he may see some use in this format. In Multiform Id run MBS
HT 2, and perhaps in energy the WG lvl 2 is better, but in any
other deck Id recommend him. Very solid with anti DB and the
same basic advantage of Bardock built in. 4/5
Focused- You still get the DB tech
and you get the only effect in this format that allows constant
view of your opponents hand. This all adds up to a very useful
card since it gains you a very unique advantage in this format.
