Piccolo lvl 3 -
Expanded- The extra endurance effect
can be nice but by the time you reach lvl 3 youre expecting a
more offensive type of power, something that wins you the game
instead of preventing you from losing. The physical attack lvl 3
is better for multiform, so this ends up being a bit weaker than
the lvl 2, even with the added effect. 3/5
Focused- Still very good like lvl 2
and the endurance effect will be much more useful here. Even
with 1 attack hitting it can help out quite a bit since every
card will gain endurance 2. Similarly, less attacks will hit in
this format so the extra effect may never come in handy. Either
way, the advantage is still as good as the level 2 and deserves
the same rating since it only improves slightly for being a lvl
3.
