Vegeta lvl 1
Expanded- Vegeta has never really
had a good lvl 1....this one is proabably best in a physical
based deck since it has the highest pls and a physical attack.
Vegeta in general is just better at lvls 2/3 though in Orange
Assault I can see this lvl one being somewhat helpful. He may
seem to work best in something like Vegeta freestyle, but
Celestial has a very abusable power and is probably the best
there. 2/5
Focused- Vegeta Saiyan Blitz is
somewhat popular and this lvl 1 does help quite a bit. I can see
the modifier and the attack being very good, but I can also see
it interrupting the Blitz chain of attacks. Overall it is
proabably the best physical level one in Focused though Baby
Vegeta is pretty good at that too. 3.5/5
