Black Foul Weather - This is probably my favorite card from LES except maybe Gust of Wind. This card fits right into Black Control decks in Expanded, as well as aids decks in Focused like Baby Black. This mass discard removal was something Black has not had in a Non combat yet, and the mill is great anti ally for Science decks, and helps out Black ally decks.
