Now, here is a fun card to play around with.  Giving all your attacks an uber powerful if successful effect can be extremely fun.  You can try a few fun variations of decks using this card, but I wouldnt recommend them in a tournament.  You can build a speed anger for him.  Or, you can build an EXTREMLY weird deck using the Freestyle Mastery, Piccolos Knowledge Drill, and his power.  3 Blitz Drills with Tiens Tri Beam out in multiples of three.  Sure, go right ahead and stop it.  Youll be stopping 2 life cards.  But, if you dont, Ill be virtually guaranteed a level.  But, other than fun decks, this card has virtually no practical purposes in a tournament deck.  You could use his powers to speed to his new levels, but once again, I wouldnt exactly recommend it.  All in all, keep him in your binder if you are competitive.  If you play the game like it should be (for fun) then this card can be amazingly fun.  Of course, weve completely over looked the regular power, which, nine times out of ten, you will do so anyways.  A focused energy attack.  Wait.  Not just any energy attack.  A FOCUSED energy attack.  So, now my 4 life cards of damage cant be stopped by Time/Epic.  GREAT ;)
