Justin Cardoza Nail -

Nail is a very kewl card, that can either work very well, or extremely bad, but that's too situational for my liking. Although, he is a Namekian, and for me, that's plenty enough for me to end up wanting to play the card.

First off, he is a Level 1. Right off the bat that bodes well for his playability among players. In addition, he also has a PUR of 5, which also adds immensely to his amount of playability, as stages are everything in this game.

His power stages are also very solid for his personality level, considering that you'd think he'd have a lower stage level. But then comes his effect.
It can very easily end up being a 1:5 attack which can be extremely useful, but with the new Frieza that's out being able to counter the many Black decks that may be played, your opponent will most likely have an Alien in play. This makes his attack simply a 1:4 bland attack, which although is a good ratio, not having an effect can hurt alot.

Overall: 2.4/5

Art: 1.8/5 Bleh....
