This card is terrible. You're really hurting yourself more than
your opponent. The 2 stages you payed to play this will just cancel
out any extra stages your opponent loses giving you no real
advantage. Besides, your opponent has the option of laughing at you
for wasting 2 stages and just skip for the turn. Stay away from this
card.
