Piccolo-Suited for Battle
This piccolo isn't that good anymore. His AT attacks are doing so
little damage he cannot compete with the current personalities. His
power is decent, but it is overshadowed by his Transformation level
1 power and Saiyan personality setups. His power is also the only
thing he has going for him right now, and even then it is sub-par.
