Since Tapkar does not work well as an ally, I found better uses for him. Since his powers let him put anywhere from 2 to 3 extra cards in his hand a turn, and remove the other 2, 3, or 5, you are basically guarenteed to draw dragonballs FAST. But u need to be playing with a 50 or 55 card deck. All cards, except for dragonballs, need to be blocks and dragon ball picking cards (like goku's lucky break). Also, make sure to have 2 or 3 Earth DragonBall Capture's in there, it allows you to steal a dragonball instantly, no damage or any of that required.
