I am running a Blue Majin Buu deck and my allies are, Super Saiyan Goku 3 level 3-GT

Kabito Kai level 1-GT Can I Have those type of allies are do they have to be Majin I forgot to mention that my MP levels are:

What masteries should I use for him.

You're missing the point. Here's how:
Since this is Expanded...

First off, your MP levels are...
Majin Buu Level 1 MBS Defensive GFHT
Majin Buu Level 2 MBS Defensive GFHT
Majin Buu the Rotund Level 2 MBS
Majin Buu the Cherub Level 2 GT
Majin Buu the Pink People Eater Level 3 MBS Majin Buu Gohan Absorbed Level 5 FUS

What's wrong with this picture? You've got 3 level 2s... and no level 4. You can't do that.
Next off that's wrong is you are trying to play hero, and you are villian. If you wish to be a hero, Buu must all be the fat Buu. Gohan Absorbed is a picture of Super Buu.

Next thing that's wrong is your allies need to be Majin because you are a Majin. The Majin allies rules aren't in Focused, but they are in expanded.

Next thing that's wrong... well not wrong but not advised is you are running level 3 allies. That's not wise unless you are playing Orange Aura... I mean playing allies higher than level 1 that is. Playing level 3 allies is a big nono unless you are trying to attempt some random combo (maybe with Saiyan Supreme Mastery). As a beginner, only play with level 1 allies unless you really know what you are doing. It's not easy to get a level 3 ally out, especially without the lower levels. You need to get to that level first, and by that time it will usually be too late.
