Episode 14 - The Legend of the Saiyans

Episode 14 - The Legend of the Saiyans - On Kai's planet, Kai screams very loud. They wait for a while and then they hear the scream again. It circled the small planet. King Kai cracks a joke. Then a flying cricket comes. His name is Gregory. Goku's next task is to hit Gregory with a hammer. The hammer is incredibly heavy. If Goku passes this test, Kai will begin to train him himself. The cricket can fly very fast. Goku is having some trouble hitting it. They run around the whole planet. Goku accidentally smashes the windshield of Kai's car. King Kai is watching from the window of his house.  On Kame's tower, the other warriors are training. Tien Yamcha are about equal. They are both pretty good. Choutzu comments about this. Krillen and Yajirobe are sparring. Everything is getting smashed on Kai's planet, when Kai calls them in for lunch. Goku eats everything on the table as usual. King Kai says something about the Saiyans. Goku wants to know more. Here is the legend of the Saiyans: A long time ago, there were two tribes that lived on planet Vegita. One was the Saiyans, the other was the Truffles. The Saiyans, lived in primitive fashion. They were much more stronger than the Saiyans. One day the Saiyans attacked the truffles. The Saiyans gained a strong foothold. The truffles were advanced in technology. Then the full moon appeared, and the Saiyans transformed, thus winning them the battle for the planet Vegita. But without the technology of the truffles, they couldn't travel in space, so then they couldn't take over the universe. There was also a tribe that lived on a nearby planet. The formed an alliance with the Saiyans. They gave the Saiyans ships, and in return the Saiyans gave the other tribe money for the planet. The leader of the other tribe had enough of the Saiyans for some reason or another, and decided to blow the planet up. There were only four remaining Saiyans after the explosion. Goku, the two heading to Earth, and Raditz. Goku listens to this and goes back to training.  On Kame's lookout, they decide to go down below and train down there for a while. Goku is coming very close to hitting Gregory. Goku has an idea. He finally hits him with a clever idea. Goku and King Kai decide to begin training. But before they begin, the eat another lunch. On Roshi's Island, Baba, a witch that is Roshi's sister, tells them that she sees no future for the Earth in her crystal ball. Gohan and Piccolo are training. Gohan is getting better. On Kai's planet, Kai is going to begin training Goku. Kai reviews with Goku. Goku can catch Bubbles in less than a second now. He can hit Gregory in 1.2 seconds! Goku now must test the spirit bomb. An incredibly powerful and dangerous attack that Kai says to try avoid using a lot. Goku tries to make one. He gathers energy and has to form it into a ball. He does so. Kai throws a box ver fast. Goku must hit the box without using his eyes. Gohan is attacking Piccolo. Piccolo compliments Gohan. When Goku seemed to question if he really is a skilled martial arts teacher, Gregory arrives on King Kai’s planet. This fast, little flying insect with a big ego would be Goku’s next test. Goku was given a very big and heavy mallet and Goku began his training. Right from the start Gregory had a huge advantage as his speed was unbeatable. Meanwhile, King Kai was thinking that if Goku could manage to get Gregory with such a heavy hammer there could be a chance for Goku to learn the art of Kaioken. <o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> With Goku missing Gregory every single time, King Kai’s planet was filling up with potholes. Also King Kai’s car had taking a few beatings which brought tears to his eyes.<o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> Meanwhile on Kami’s lookout, Yamcha and Tien are battling it out, while Krillin is trying to battle Yajirobe but he is not having much luck.<o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> Back on King Kai’s planet, King Kai calls a time out for some dinner. Inside King Kai’s house they all realized that Goku eats A LOT. After a while King Kai tells the story about the Saiyans’ heritage. King Kai tells Goku that there were two tribes on the planet Vegeta. One of the them were the tuffles while the others were the Saiyans. The tuffles lived in what is known as modern civilization and was large in population compared to the Saiyans, while the Saiyans were very primitive creatures who loved to fight.<o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> The truffles never worried about the Saiyans until one night when the Saiyans attacked. Although the Saiyans were much more powerful, the tuffles were larger in number and had devices that measured a person’s power levels and high tech weapons so the two sides were just about even. However things changed when moon appeared for the first time in eight years.  The Saiyans completely destroyed the tuffles but they could go into space travel because they did not have the high technology the tuffles. After a long time the Saiyans were able to build a spacecarft head out of the planet Vegeta.<o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> The first place they arrived at was the planet Zarcosian. The people of Zarcosian were rich and had high technology but the planet Zarcosian was a dump.  A new partnership was made between the two tribes.  Now the Saiyans could go and destroy planets with ease.<o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> However, the guardian of the planet Vegeta brought many meteors to the planet Vegeta because of the heavy burden the evil doers had put on the planet. Only four Saiyans remained and one of them was Goku. Goku was angry to compared with the other Saiyans, but King Kai said it would be an advantage that Goku is a Saiyan. <o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> After the break, Goku goes back into training with Gregory. Now Goku was much faster but still Gregory beat him by a hair.<o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> Meanwhile on Kami’s lookout, Kami is saying good-bye to his trainees he wishes them good luck in the upcoming battle to save Earth.<o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> Then Goku caught the mallet and caught Gregory! King Kai is now ready to teach Goku the art of kaioken.<o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> Meanwhile at Master Roshi’s house Baba finds that there is no future for planet Earth!<o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> In another part of the world, Piccolo is training Gohan and he tells him to get inside the blows and so he does only to get hammered by Piccolo’s eye laser!<o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> Sixty days have passed and Goku is ready to try out his new technique, the spirit bomb. But first Goku must catch Goku and Gregory. He caught them both in record time. Now Goku used the spirit bomb and his accuracy was right on target!<o:p> </o:p> <X-TAB> Meanwhile, Piccolo and Gohan are training at full capacity but there is only one day left for Saiyans’ arrival. Does earth stand a chance against the two Saiyan elite? You’ll see!<X-TAB>         -------------- #14 the legend of the saiyans english version goku`s next task in his training is to hit gregory, a superfast grasshopper , with a heavy hammer. king kai is amazed to see how quickly goku can conquer the gravity and decides to teach him the ultimate techniques called ``kaio-ken'' and ``spirit bomb.'' one day king kai reveals more to goku about his saiyan heritage. goku learns that the planet vegita had vanished and he is one of only four saiyans that survived. goku will have to confront the rest of the surviving saiyans soon! snobdr450 </X-TAB>
