                Summary:

  To try to prove his superiority to Goku, Frieza vows to defeat Goku without using his hands.  But a few hard lessons in pain from Goku awaken Frieza to the fact that without his hands he can't compete with Goku, so he takes back his vow.  Elsewhere, Captain Ginyu manages to switch bodies with Bulma, leaving her trapped in the body of a frog.
