mr.popo finds all the earths dragon balls and kamesama and king kaio are wondering if the one with could bring back all who frezia has killed and they try it and it works and the senior elder is trying to find one of his people that is the closest to the namek dragon and it happened to be dende. so dende flys off towards the dragon and when he reaches the dragon frezia see's the dragon and flys as fast as he can to get to the dragon to wish for immortality frezia gets there and screams his wish only to find out that you have to speak the nameks language and then guess who shows up VEGETA so dende makes the wish king kaio told dende to make then goku screams no and told dende to send all people on namek to earth except him and frezia and so dende makes the wish and all the nameks and buruma and gohan piccolo krilin and vegeta and dende along with the namek 
dragon &! nbsp; and frezia went crazy and the battle between goku and frezia went 
on.
