Adverbs
By definition,
an adverb can modify an adjective, a verb, or another adverb.
You can
make an adverb, by, conjugating an adjective. If you go to the "i" form
of adjectives, then, you drop the "i" and add "ku."
Utsukushii
- beautiful
Utsukushiku - beautifully
If you
are referring to a "na" adjective, then, drop the "na" and add "ni."
Shizuka
- quiet
Shizukani - quietly

are adverbs that can indicate time
