Dragon
Ball Game Reviews
Hyper Dimension
I'll start this review the same as the Super Boutoden 2 review. Some people may claim this (Hyper Dimension) to be the best Dragon Ball game for Super
Famicom, probably because the graphics look like a Playstation game. If I'll give any credit to this game, it's that the graphics are probably the best for a Dragon Ball game (Playstation, Super
Famicom, whatever). That's about all I can give it.
You see, this game trys to be too much like a normal fighter, and not like a Dragon Ball game. Some people may like it, but I personally prefer to fly whenever I want, and not have to get knocked through a roof to fly. Also, it's very easy to beat the computer. You can recharge your life/super meter any time you want. I like the idea of having both the meters as one, mainly because in Dragon Ball, when you run out of ki, you're going to have a hard time.
I really can't say too much more about this game. It's good, mainly due to the graphics, but if it had Super Boutoden 2 graphics, it'd be average/below average.
