Well, Goku would have never found out that he was a saiyan.  However, Vegeta and Nappa would still come for the Dragonballs one year after Raditz was supposed to come.  Since Goku and the other Z Fighters were unaware that the saiyans would be coming, none of them had trained, so Goku was only at 416, Krillin at 206, Tien at 250, Yamcha at 177, Chiaotzu at 145, and Piccolo at 408.  Piccolo would choose to join forces with Goku, because he does not want the saiyans to obtain immortality. 

    When the battle starts, Nappa (with his power level of 4,000) would easily kill Yamcha, who chose to fight first, with a powerful energy beam.  Then, Tien and Chiaotzu would fight Nappa together, but Chiaotzu would die by being slammed into a spiky mountain, and Tien would be punded to death by Nappa.

    Goku would eventually step up to the battlefeild, realizing that he can't let his friends die.  Angered by the death of Tien, Chiaotzu, and Yamcha, Goku's rage would cause him to power up to 4,000 and eventually kill Nappa. 

    Then, Goku and Vegeta would engage in a battle, but Goku would be losing badly, because his power level was still very low compared to Vegeta.  Krillin would then save his friend by distracting Vegeta.  Goku, who would be severely hurt by now, would charge up a Super Kamehameha behind Vegeta's back while Krillin distracted him.  Goku would release his Kamehameha wave and Vegeta would get blasted into a nearby mountain, followed by a huge explosion. 

    Once the smoke cleared, the Z Warriors would be happy to see that Vegeta was dead.  Afterwards, they would wish back Yamcha, Tien, and Chiaotzu with the Dragonballs.

The Frieza Saga would not occur, because Piccolo had not died, so the Z Warriors had no need to go to Namek.

    Since Vegeta died, Trunks would never come to warn Goku about the androids, so the Z Warriors would not have trained.  When the Androids arrived, the Z Warriors would be stronger (there power increased over the years), but not amazingly strong, since they hadn't trained for the coming of the androids.

    Goku would be at 1,000,000 Piccolo at 700,000, Gohan and Krillin both at 650,000, Tien at 500,000, and Yamcha at 400,000 (Chiaotzu quit fighting).  Android 19 would fight first.  He and Goku would battle, but the fat robot would easily beat the hell out of Goku.  Piccolo would eventually step in and tell Goku to stop fighting.  Piccolo would then be the one getting beaten up, and Android 19 would blast him continually with blasts until Piccolo died.  With Goku injured, Krillin and Gohan would fight Android 19 side by side, both of them dying by getting the energy sucked out of them.  After seeing his son die, Goku would become enraged and would transform into a Super Saiyan, his power level at 10,000,000.  He would kill Android 19 with ease, and he would destroy Android 20 with a ki blast before he got the chance to activate 16, 17, and 18. 

    The entire future-destruction-thing would never happen, because Android 16, 17, and 18 would never had been activated. 

    Obviously, a lot would have changed if Raditz had not arrived!!!
