Well, first off Buu would absorbe Gohan and Piccolo then would leave Gotenks
to fight Gohan Buu. Gotenks would be totally demolished and meanwhile Goku
would be given his life back and would take Kabito Kai with him since Old
Kai told him it would be risky to fuse with Gotenks. Goku would then come
and would see Tien and would throw him the earing and would form Tioku.
Tioku, Gotenks, and Kabito Kai would all attack Buu and would get beaten
pretty badly and to make matters worse Gotenks defuses. Then vegeta shows up
and intervines he to gets beaten up so Tioku would try to convince vegeta to
fuse with him eventually Trunks would get killed making Goten go super
saiyan 2 and vegeta then goes super saiyan 3. Vegeta then still gets beaten
and finally agrees they become Vegetioku. He beats the crap out of Buu but
still gets absorbed on purpose. Inside Buu everyone defuses into Tien, Goku,
and vegeta. Everything goes normal except for the fact that Tien is there
and Goten would then be killed by Buu making Goku extremly pissed off and
almost goes super saiyan 4 but doesen't get there. Kabito kai would then be
protecting Dende and Hercule. when Goku and vegeta and Tien all fight Buu
inside his head then Goku and vegeta both go super saiyan 3. Then all three
of them attack but are unable to deafeat him so eventually they knock out
Buu's pod. They escape and take Fat Buu with them they escape and Buu
transforms back to Kid Buu. All of the Z warriors make it off earth because
Kabito Kai is there from the start. Goku and vegeta may fuse to form super
saiyan 3 Gogeta or they could just beat him by double teaming him either way
they win. Then everything would go pretty much the same except Bebi would be
stronger because vegeta is stronger but it wouldn't make a difference baby
would still be beaten.Then everything else would be the same.
So even if buu absorbed a different guy nothing would really change except
that Goten and vegeta were stronger there was another fusion and a couple
characters died one less time.
