Well, Cell would become more powerful then SS4 Gogeta and would take over The Other World. He would fight the Z fighters and gain the upper hand. Gohan or Goku would get all mad and ascend(again)into SS5. So Cell would fight one of them(most likely Gohan) and start to lose. Then he would get all angry and power up. He would power up to the max and be even with Gohan (or Goku) and then start to win. Then he would create a Spirit Bomb and instead of ask for people's energy he would steal it. Then SS5 Gohan would mope about how he failed. Goku would create another Spirit Bomb and ask the people to resist Cell and then the two would fight to get more energy. Then there would be two universally powered Spirit Bombs. Cell would be stronger and start to win, but then all of The Z fighters including The Other World Fighters and Noava Shenron(he does turn good in the end) would help. Cell would start to lose and then SS5 Gohan would hit him the back back with a Kamehameha and Cell would be distracted and Goku and the others would kill Cell and he would be sent back to Hell.
