Well since he never caught the virus android 16 would be activated( he wasen't activated in this world because Goku died). He would live in peace for six months and after that the androids would come and their power levels would be like this:

 

 

                               Super Saiyan Goku: 22,000,000

 

                               Super Saiyan Vegeta: 18,000,000( he is stronger since Goku never died and he still trained)

 

                               Piccolo: 11,000,000

 

                               Gohan: 3,000,000

 

                                Tien: 2,300,000

 

                                Krillen: 1,700,000

 

                                 Yamcha: 1,000,000

 

                                 chaioutzu: 800,000

 

               Well Androids 16,17,18 would come and 16 would be at 30,000,000 and 17 and 18 wuld be at 20,000,000 since the androids are much weaker than they were in our timeline. Goku would fight 16 Vegeta would fight 18 and all the rest would fight 17 Goku would get kicked all over the place Vegeta would put up a good fight against 18. 17 would kick Piccolo and blast him continually knocking him out. Gohan would get real pissed and fire a Masenkos everywere ripping up 17's shirt and he would start attacking alot but 17 would still beat uhim up and Tien would fire a Tri-beam bgger than what bhe used on cell only less of them Chaioutzu would self destruct in order to save Tien but 17 would fire a hells flash killing both Chaioutzu and Krillen. Gohan and Tien would both fire Masenkos and and Tiens mega blast killing Tien since he never recovered from the tri beams and 17 would fire blasts everywhere and Vegeta would fire a big bang attack knocking 17 away and after that Goku would see Gohan and fire a Super kamehameha blasting 16 away for awhile and he would kick 17 away and fire a blst spread doing some damage and Vegeta starts to lose against 18 and Goku fires energy blasts all over the place and tops it off with powering up a super kamehameha and instant transmits infront of 16 and blasts him destroying half of his armor and wjile he is down Vegeta would fire Big bang attacks and at 18 and 17 and 18 would fire a hundreds of helss flashes doing damage and killing yamcha who was backing down mid way through the figt with 17 and also driving both Vegeta and goku out of their super saiyan forms. they would each beat the crap out of both of them but Gohan would try to save them and be blasted away and Goku would get pissed and go super saiyan and use kaiokenx20 while in ss and fire blasts everywhere and topped off with a huge kamehameha  witch would destroy the whole area and also plac Vegeta in a bloody heap and accidently kill Gohan and Piccolo would dodge most of the blasts but be hit with some and the repercussions of the kamehameha so he would also die and Goku would be worn out and Vegeta would be in a bloody heap and all the other good guys except Goku and Vegeta would be dead. androids 17 and 18 would be battered and broken 16 would also be hit by that barrageand would also be out kold and he would leave with 17 and 18s broken bodies. Bulma would be watching the fight on TV and would go and pick up Goku and Vegeta who are nearly dead and Goku and Vegeta would both heal. Goku would be around lets say about 32,000,000 as a super saiyan Vegta would be at 27,000,000 as a super saiyan ans meanwhile 17 and 18 activate 19 and 19 would absorbe some of 17's ki and get up to level 30,000,000 and they would go and fight the Z team. Goku would fight 16 and 19 and Vegeta would fight 17 and 18. Goku in his fight would start attacking but 16 would get a hit in and after a little while 16 and 19 would be pounding Goku. Vegeta would have punched and kicked 18 all over and 17 would kick him away and Vegeta would fire a Big Bang attack doing some damage and 18 would come and and fire blasts doing soem damage to vegeta and they would double team him and 19 would start to blast at goku but Goku would fire a blast and 19 would absorbe it and Goku would instant transmit behind 19 and blast him with a kamehameha knocking him into a mountain and 19 and 16 would fire Eye laser and Hells Flash doing some heavy damage and Vegeta would fie a Galik Gun knocking 17 into 18 anf they would both be hurt but 17 and 18 would fire blasts all over the place and Every fighter there would fire blasts all over the place and Goku would seize th opportunity to fire a kamehameha in back of 19 blasting him into the dirt and Vegeta would try to kill him with a Big Bang Attack but 19 would absorbe it and get up to level 36,000,000( because he is still injured from Goku's kamehamehas). Goku and Vegeta would both Fire Super kamehameha and Big Bang Attack at them and 18 and 17 would both be on the ground and Goku and Vegeta would both fire blasts at them and 18 would die but 17 would live and 19 would surprise Vegeta by avsorbing both Goku and Vegeta's energy at the same time and Goku would use Kaiokenx10 and break through 19's arms and some of his Chest. Goku and Vegeta would both kill him at the same time and Goku would use instant transmission to get to Korin's tower and gets senzu beans and Their power levels would be at 39,000,000 and 36,000,000 and they would go back and kill 16 and 17 and when Cell came they would easily deafet him. They would go to Namek and wish everyone back so they would all live the rest of there lives in peace.
