What if Vegeta asked
Goku how to turn ssj3, or goku had shown him regardless. - Albert
On the supreme kai's planet goku tells gohan that he'll show him how to
go super saiyan three. He makes it seem like its not a big deal and that gohan
could achieve it easily. SInce gohan goes mystic (much stronger than ssj3 if you
pay attention to the storyline well enough), he doesnt learn ssj3. Gotenks
learns it easily as well, and heck they're like 7 year olds.
As super saiyn 2's, vegeta and goku are very equal. So it stands to
reason that vegeta certainly can transform to a higher level. He probably
focuses more on training and not finding a new transformation, which might be
why he never ascends until the blutz wave generator hits him in DBGT. I think if
goku had a minute to show vegeta how to transform, maybe before kid buu got to
the supreme kai's planet. Kid buu would be killed by goku. I'd like to say
vegeta but you know how Toriyama works, vegeta isnt the good guy so he doesnt
get any respect or big victories. However, knwoing how strong kid buu is, vegeta
would not hold back at all and really do some damage on him. Especially because
goku would probably warn him about the energy drain ss3 takes. With that being
said. No spirit bomb, no dragon to wish gokus strength back. just vegeta and
goku with some awesome transformations kicking kid buus butt.
