At last, I can move away from BT and focus on what actually matters, starting with NEW KAGERO.

Urgh, my feelings are so mixed here. I mean on one hand a near condition-less re-stand is always good and it can get another RG attack in as a bonus, but there’s a lot holding it back. It makes this balanced, but it leaves a sour taste in the mouth. The first is the Waterfall problem in that you can’t sit on this if you don’t hit another G3. The second is that he needs what is easily one of the worst Grade 2s Kagero has to even function. I’m not joking, Neoflame itself is really fucking slow and to use its skill along with the Great’s will eat your Counterblast up. However, another VG attack is another VG attack and in some cases may kill more hand than even Waterfall.

Would have been worth using for just the re-stand alone.
