King Aquakamui -
Super Rare-#S2(DM-04)
Hi peoples, today we have a super rare from the new
set, King Aquakamui.
Ok lets get this straight, the people who make DM do
not seem to realize that every Demon Command(DC) and
every Angel Command(AC) cost at least 5!
meaning that you can't realy have a deck full of ACs
and DCs. and if you do make a AC & DC deck than it
shouldn't have more than about 3 dif. commands and
only 2-3 of each =/ and even at that that will be a
lot of high costing cards.
Rating:
constructed- 2/5 commands cost too much
limited- 5/5 its a beast that pumps, good in my book
Final thought- if this thing was a command it would
be a whole bunch better

King Aquakamui
Well here's a hard card to review. I know what
rating I'm gonna give it, but the effect on the card
is just too weird. Getting Angel, and Demon Commands
back from your graveyard isn't really the best
thing. Unless you make an entire deck around this
card, then don't use it. Perhaps a
Water/Nature/Darkness, or a Water/Nature/Light deck
could benifit from retrieving Ballom, or Alcadies,
and evo bait. Otherwise I don't think this guy will
see play for a while.

Ah, a leviathan that can provide hand advantage. A
seven drop for 5000 is pitiful, but with the ability
to boost your Angel and Demon commands along with
getting all your Angel and Demon from the graveyard,
I think we can make an exception. A lot of A/D
commands are very costly, you generally will not
have to many of them in your graveyard, unless
drawing late game. Probably the most effective ones
to use with this are the five drops: Vashuna, Sword
Dancer, Photocide, Lord of the Wastes, and Aeris,
Flight Elemental. They will generally get in the
graveyard faster since you can play them sooner.
2000 more power to all your A/D Commands sounds
nice, but it won’t be as big of an advantage as you
may think. The lowest one of their base attacks is
would be 4000 in Gamil, Knight of Hatred. The extra
2000 could work nicely against very beefy monsters,
letting your relatively huge creatures take out
creatures even larger.
Being blue means that it’ll probably go with your
Hydro Hurricanes and Marinomancers in L/D/W decks,
meaning that you can pack a huge punch with all your
revived creatures.
In limited, there are only 6 A/D Commands in
Shadowclash, one being Ballom. They are all rares or
higher, meaning you aren’t going to have much
support for this guy.
Constructed: 2.5/5, he’s a bit costly, along with
most of his support.
Limited: 2/5, good luck getting your Photocide along
with him…
