Yay, my
first time getting to review a good card, actually
an awesome card...Some people call it broken, but
nothing is, just very, vey, very good, lol.
So Let's get underway a review the Most Loved card
and the Most Hated card.....*hears them ask why am I
reviewing two cards*.....I am only talking about one
card...=p....Okay,Okay I'm starting my review..
Name: Corile
Cost: 5
Race: Cyber Lord
Civilization: Water
Type: Creature
Rules Text:
When you put this creature into the battle zone,
choose one of your opponent's creatures in the
battle zone and put it on top of his deck.
Flavor Text:
When the cataclysm struck, all the science of the
Cyber Lords couldn't prevent the collapse of their
underwater city.
Power: 2000
Mana Number: 1
Artist: Hikaru Ikusa
Rarity: C
Collector Number: 14
Set: Evo Crushinators of Doom
DM Card Database
Cost/Power: 5 for 2000...Well you know if the power
would be higher or the Cost would be lower, then I
would consider this "Broken"....But it isn't.....but
seriously could you ask for more...well you could
but you'd be greedy...
Civilization/Type: Here's another area that it is
considered broken..Oh I have 10 mana so I will
summon Corile and return your blocker to the top of
your deck and then I will summon Illusionary Merfolk
and Draw 3 cards..Oh and on my next two turns I'm
gonna summon two more Coriles....your
welcome....Yeah that is a little broken lol...
Effect: As mentioned, it is awesome...can help you
stall or can get you more creatures on the field by
repeadedly summoning them over and over xD....Also a
good way to lose a friend or to at least get one
really mad...
Rating:
Constructed: 4.75/5 As I said the cost is a little
high but you seriously shouldn't be complaining
about that..
Limited: 5/5 Okay I did it...5 for the fact that it
is awesome...nothing more needed to be said
Overall: 4.875 I gotta stop using decimals. Hurting
my brain trying to get this off the top of my head
Art: 4/5 Since this is the Promo one..
Flavor Text: 2/5 Umm...weren't these supposed to be
funny?
Happy Dueling!!
'Till next time

Hey,
everyone, this is Christian back with my first CotD!
Yay! Today it's my personal favorite Water card.
Corile!
Civ.- Water
Type- Creature
Mana Cost- 5
Power- 2000 (...)
Rules Text- When you put this creature into the
battle zone, choose one of your opponents creatures
in the battle zone and put it on top of his deck.
Set- Evo- Crushinators of Doom
Rarity- Common
Flavor Text- When the cataclysm struck, all the
science of the Cyber Lords couldn't prevent the
collapse of their underwater city.
This card is truly amazing, top of my list for a
number of reasons. Your opponent loses field
advantage. He also has to redraw a card (or two when
bouncing evos). Lastly, he's a Cyber Lord, and
therefore compatible with Merfolk. With this thing,
you can gain complete control of the game if you
bounce a Lancer or Valdios or anything your opponent
wants to keep on the field. AMAZING.
Okay, with all that goodness, there has to be
something wrong with it... but WHAT? Oh! The
power-cost ratio! 5 for a lowly 2k is really tippin'
the scales, but I suppose with an effect like that,
it's only a very minor problem.
Constructed- If you use Water, max out these things.
4.5/5
Limited-If you know what's good for you, use it.
4.5/5

Good ol' corile. This card has saved me so
many times. I think everyone knows how good
corile is but, in case you didn't.......
Corile obviously doesn't have a great cost
to power ratio. His effect makes up for
that though. "When you put this creature
into the battle zone, choose one of your
opponent's creatures in the battle zone and
put it on top of his deck." That is one of
the best effects ever! If you use corile
correctly, you could have 4 of him on the
field in no time. That is if you are
playing someone who summons the creature
who was returned to the top of their deck
every time. There really is no counter for
corile. Except for future slash or the way
I sort of counter it. I personally do not
summon a creature more than twice, if it is
coriled. I'll put it into the mana zone and
destroy the corile(s) that my opponent has.
That may not be a counter but, they won't
have field advantage over you. Overall, I
believe corile is the number 1 card in the
game.
Limited: 5/5 Field advantage is always good
and if you get two of this and an
elf-x............
Constructed: 5/5 Used in every self
respecting control deck and in most decks
that use water. In other words, its a
staple.
