Power: 2000

Rarity: R
Collector Number: 54
Now for the
review ;-]
Cost to Mana Ratio: Four
for 2000. Let's just say I've seen better. xp
Type/Civilization:
Both are good here especially Beast Folk...but
then again if Beast Folk is already good then it
will take a good card to make it better..(you're
probably lost. :D So I'm saying that if Beast
Folk is already good then it needs something
that makes it better, which means the card would
have to be great...If you're still lost, I'm
sorry :p)
Effect:
Okay..If you have played any other TCG you know
that hand advantage makes the duel easier for
you to win. This card completely depletes your
hand advantage. You could use this in combo
with Thrash Crawler, but that would be just two
cards and it isn't that great, plus why even do
the combo when you can just play the card from
your hand and you won't have to go through all
the trouble for nothing xD.
Rating:
Constructed :1.5/5 Because I'm generous :p
Limited: 1/5
Even worse here since hand advantage is even
more necessary.
Art: 3.5/5
Kind of looks like something out of Halo...
Overall: 1.25
Well that is
it. Want to comment you can e-mail me or

Tangle Fist, the
Weaver
Type: Creature
Civilization: Nature
Race: Beast Folk
Mana Cost: Four (4)
Rules Text:
Instead of having this creature attack, you may tap
it to use this ability:
Put up to three cards from your hand into your mana
zone.
Flavor Text:
Few shamans study the craft of goop magic. Fewer
still become masters.
Power: 2,000
Rarity: Rare
Set: Thundercharge of Ultra Destruction
Power/Cost: Four mana is neither too expensive nor
too cheap for Tangle Fist. It’s a good slot because
Nature doesn’t have many solid four-cost creatures
(though that may be because BAT lets you skip turn
four). His 2k attack is unfortunately the downside.
Tangle Fist will not escape any of the commonly
played kill spells, and his power can only kill
other weenies.
Civilization/Race: Surprise, surprise, it’s another
Nature card that produces mana! This makes a total
of about 20 Nature cards capable of accelerating
your mana count (though not all of them are good at
it). This guy also fits into the omnipotent
Beastfolk line. There are now thirteen different
Beastfolk as well as two great evolutions.
Effects: Notice that his ability specifically states
that you may place up to three cards into the mana
zone. Going for all three really hurts hand
advantage, and one isn’t worth the trouble, so
gaining two mana seems like the best option most of
the time. Now Water and Nature have a knack for
working well together as many of you already know.
Tangle Fist is no exception. Water can provide the
cards to fuel his ability, as well as providing the
cards to cast with all that mana you’ve accumulated.
Just be careful of not becoming too overzealous with
Tangle Fist by sending your entire hand to the mana
zone.
Limited: 2.5/5
Tangle Fist is okay here mainly because he can
supply a decent body. You probably will not use his
effect very often in the draft format.
Constructed: 3/5
Tangle Fist is more useful in Constructed because
you can reap the full benefits of his tap ability. A
Combination of Nature/Water would be most effective.
Overall an average card with potential to be abused.

Well, we are reviewing weird cards from
thundercharge this week. I really don't know
what to think about this card. I tried
playtesting it and it worked okay. You REALLY
lose hand advantage though. If you use this at
all use it in blue / green. At least have those
2 civs. This card may come out before bliss
totem but, it is not as good and certainly
doesn't deserve to be rarer than bliss. Is
there some combo with this card I just haven't
figured out? I don't think so but, I might be
wrong. Anyway, its cost to power ratio is
alright. So is being a beast folk. Here are
the scores:
Constructed (blue / green): 3/5 -3 cards is
still bad.
Limited: 1/5 Draining your entire hand is very
bad.
