Fire/Darkness Control with a splash of blue
Hello, before I start this deck idea, I want to introduce myself. I have been
playing magic the gathering for 3 years now and I am in the tournament scene. I
have moved to DuelMasters because it has the same potential as Magic, and I
think it has fun elements to it. Now lets move on to the
deck:
Blue:
-Card drawing is essential because it allows you to
access your kill conditions and your control elements. Along with card drawing,
you also get a creature with a power of 1000
-This is the best card drawer so far and its good to
take advantage of it because it draws 2 cards for only 4 and it is also a shield
trigger
-This is one of the best blue cards because it offers
you field control by bouncing two of your opponents creatures to their hand. If
needed, you can also bounce your hulcus for draw
Black:
3 Zaagan, Knight of
Darkness
-Plain and simple.
This card has double breaker and a big arse, what more could you
want?
4 Death
Smoke
-Kill spell. Gets rid of their creatures so you can
attack. Only bad part is that it has to be
untapped.
-This is great because you set this guy on turn two and
when they attack with their big creature, you trade this guy for theirs
- Whats not in the hand cant be played, simple hand
disruption
3 Dark
Reversal
- This is a great way to recycle your kill conditions
and to maximize hulcus effect
Red:
4 Rothus the
Traveler
- In magic this
card is somewhat of a replica of a card called innocent blood. You sac one of
your bad creatures and they are forced to sac one. You also get a 4000 creature.
2 Gattling
Skyterror
- This card is nice because if you wipe out their
resources and kill conditions (creatures), you will be able to get in some
hits.
4 Tornado
Flame
- Another source of removal. Sheild trigger
added!
2 Magma
Gazer
- A power up of 4000 and double breaker added? Looks
like Aqua Hulcus is getting beefy for the rest of the
turn
2 Crimson
Hammer
-Squash the tiny pests with this removal
spell
Well, I hope Ive made a deck that can suite somebody
and as DuelMasters progresses, I hope it will become a great
game.
