The April 2004 Issue of Coro Coro Comics in Japan
contains two new Duel Masters Promo Cards.
This one is Galbelius Dragon. It is a GBA
Only Promo. I believe this is promoting Duel Masters "2" of the Game Boy
Advance in Japan. This card actually has a red backer that says GBA only
on it.
