ATARI ANNOUNCES LIMITED EDITION DUEL MASTERS™

Exclusive Shipment of Duel Masters™: Sempai Legends™ for the Nintendo® Game Boy® Advance to Offer Collectible Duel Masters Cards

Atari, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATAR) and Wizards of the Coast, a subsidiary of Hasbro Inc., announced that a limited edition run of Duel Masters™: Sempai Legends™ will ship to retail with collectible Duel Masters™ cards from the hit trading card game.  Click here to see a Video Game Trailer for this game.

Duel Masters: Sempai Legends will feature several marketing highlights for Game Boy Advance, including:

· First Game Boy Advance packaging to feature a visually stunning halo foil prism treatment and a front box flap, so parents and kids can see all of the great gameplay features

· The most trading cards ever included with a Game Boy Advance game

· Fully synchronize launch strategy supported by a nationwide Wizards of the Coast Mall Tour

Duel Masters: Sempai Legends offers a story-driven experience. The player inherits a valuable Duel Masters card from his grandfather but, before he can add it to his deck, it is stolen by a mysterious man. As a result, the player must travel through a dangerous world inhabited by rival duelists in the hopes of regaining his stolen property. Along the way, the player enters tournaments and gains the experience to some day become a Kaijudo Master.
