Ah, again for this tourny report, my day started off by fighting the elements, rain this time. Oh, well, still got to go :-P

Round 1
Drizer vs. Josh Caprio (His Deck-Mono Blue)

Josh is one of the newer players here at DH, I had faced his deck earlier and crushed it, but that was with my water deck, I was using my Nature deck.

Match 1:

I basically got mana quick, and while his deck was trying to stall, I was rushing him with my brutal army of Beast Folk. I won easily

Match 2:

I got some weenies out early and continued it later in the game. My final hit came from my Barkwhip.

These matches went very quick, they only took about 7 minutes together.

Round 2
Drizer vs. Patrick Sullivan (His Deck: Black/Yellow)

Match 1

The number one ranked player in Rhode Island made this deck for Patrick.
Which was very good, I kinda underestimated him since he's in the lower rankings in RI while I'm in 6th. I summoned a FDF then a Niofa. He has already taken out my FDF by the time I summoned Niofa. I smoked his creature on the feild with my Niofa and then he got out Ladia Bale. He then stalled for awhile with his Ladia Bale, because nothing in my deck is over 9000.
Anything I put out he would smoke or pit. I saw that my deck was getting low. He was making me top-deck. I then at the very perfect moment, drew a Natural Snare and I had enough creatures to pull out the win on my next turn. I literally had 8 cards left in my deck


Match 2

I knew this match would be much easier since I wouldn't back myself into a corner this time. I hit him early with my Barkwhips and FDF's and over-powered him with rush.

Round 3

Drizer vs. Josue (His Deck:Nature/Darkness)

Josue has just recently returned to DH. He had stopped coming for awhile, showing up once in the summer but I haven't seen him since. He had gone 2 weeks ago when I had a party to go to.

Match 1:
I figured this match I would use my experience in DM to win me this match.
This match ended up mine after I had my Dash Horn and my FDF on the field.


Match 2:
Ah, this match I found myself with nothing on the feild at all. He kept my feild clear for awhile till I got him down to nothing. He actually pulled a Death Cruzer on me, but I quickly drew a Nexus and flipped down a snare to take care of it. I ended up winning it with my Dash Horn


Round 4

Drizer vs. Nunzio (His Deck: Mono Blue)


Match 1

This was a very close match. What ended up winning the match for me was a Snare that I had Nexus'd

Match 2

Man, this is where my first loss came. Rushed me to death...

Match 3

I repayed him the favor of rushing the other person

To the finals! AWAY!

Round 5/ Championships

Drizer vs. Josh Richards (The Lee Sandow of RI) (His Deck-Mono Blue)

Ah, do you notice how I never go through the matches when I face Josh? He always kills me. This was no different. I lost again in the finals. It's like the Yankees gettin school'd by the Red Sox in the ALCS.
