Enduring Tenacity’s static ability will be very familiar to anyone who was playing in the 2010s, mostly because it’s a line of text that can either do nothing or win the game on the spot (even in multiplayer). You know that I always like versions of effects on creatures that can attack and block, and a 4/3 for four mana is decent at that even if it doesn’t have any other keywords. I suspect, though, that a lot of you are already thinking about its second ability and how to get the most out of it. If you are doing an infinite combo, it adds a lot of resilience to the card; if you were mainly using the creature as an attacker, it’s not always going to be what you want. It does mean you will often get two triggers for your constellation/eerie cards from just the one creature, which is often going to be better than it sounds.

Sanguine Bond, but in creature form…to a point. While it’s a creature without any protective abilities, if it dies, it’ll come back and linger as an enchantment forever (or until removed). Enduring Tenacity on its own isn’t anything special, since it needs to pair with other cards to really affect an opponent, but it’s an acceptable body with a bit of added stickiness, and sometimes that can be enough to really tighten the screws. It also forms the same infamous combo with Exquisite Blood (though able to actually start the cycle on its own), so that’s fun. It’s also worth mentioning that this can be exiled from a graveyard before it comes back, either through graveyard-replacement or targeted exile, so there are certainly outs aplenty to this.
I don’t suspect this is going to be an all-star; the body is merely acceptable, and while Sangine Bond is by no means a bad effect when stapled to a creature capable of Stuff and Things, this is merely passable in that regard. Still, it’s definitely not terrible, and it plays well with Duskmourn‘s enchantment subtheme, so it has that going for it.
