Curb your Dragonic Overlord the X, man.
That’s what this is. Second skill, bog-standard +1 to you. First and third skill is where things get interesting. If attack doesn’t hit, you get another attack. Not even a minus to restand either, it’s -1, then Drive Check back. The real fun is when you ride Descendant ON Descendant…because the new Descendant inherits the abilities of the old, so it gets TWO skills to re-stand separately. Yes, it’s CB1 each time and the third attack would score you no Drives, but the pressure alone should do the job…so yes, of course I advocate 12 Crit and run G1 Perfect Guards if you must. But if you just want straightforward pressure you could dust of your Gauntlet Buster Dragons and ride Descendant on top of that, because Gauntlet Buster would pass on the Critical-gaining ability, so the opponent then has to float on 4 damage so as not to die.
I actually built two Narukami decks just to have Descendant. And why not? Descendant is good.
