I don't understand why they gave this card
strong stats. It would have been a much better
card as a weak 6 command with the same effect,
or maybe a slightly weaker one (top 4 cards of
deck instead). This card has 3 strong points;
high stats, tutoring, and card advantage.
However, the stats don't mean anything if you
use the effect, which is the only reason you
would run this over Dog of the Military. Even if
you use the effect, you are basically forfeiting
the first location. Assuming you start
Policeman, and assuming you run almost no 5
drops (6 drops are much better), I'll sum up its
usefulness.
Weak starting allies + 1 missed ally drop + 1
forfeited location = bad
He does have some combos (Al, Martial Artist)
but why bother?
