Liza Hawkeye,

Most Military allies are beefy, and Liza is no
exception. A staple for all 6command military
leaders because a 5.5.0 1st turn dropper with a
+2 battle bonus can even make her a 7.5.0 turn
one.
Her Ability is very good and this cards makes
your opponent think twice about attacking and
your opponent also has to guess what is in your
hand. If your going to max out your command, use
it on her

Batttle Strength: Target defending character
gets +2 strength.
We start off Liza Hawkeye week! My most favorite
female character in FMA, it wasn't apparent
already (for those of you on the boards).
Let's see... 6 cost, decent stats, good effect,
military AND a soldier! Nice. If you have Hakuro
on the field, she gets +1/+1 making her a
6/6/0...
something to be reckoned with. Since she's 6
cost, she can get under the whole
Administrator/Bloch lock if you have an 8
command leader. Her effect is awesome since
it'll make your opponent think twice about
attacking. +2 strength is quite good and can
make the difference in a battle.
Drawbacks? Can't really see too many. She
probably belongs more in a military deck, but if
you need the effect, she can fit anywhere. No
alchemy...? It makes sense though, but you can
have all characters having alchemy huh?
Rating: 4.5/5
I like this card A LOT (since I main them :P)
and it helps out a ton in military decks.

Stat Wise: Fairly average. Though, most allies
that are 6 cost either have Alchemy or a bit
more strength.
Effect Wise: Pretty good effect if you're
running a Strength deck. When your opponent
attacks you, you can activate this effect and
get 2 extra Strength for defeating your
opponent's attacking character.
The Downside: Unfortunately, you can only use
this effect while defending.
Final Word: Well, it's not too bad for a 6 cost
Military ally. Though, her effect is only really
useful in a Military Strength deck. So, unless
you're running a 7 command level 2 Military
leader, I'd run Riza Hawkeye, Ambidextrous
Bodyguard instead.
I give Riza Hawkeye, Full of Advice a 3 out of
5.

10th... I apologize for not doing COTD for a
LOOOOOONG time... thats a story for another day,
today, we bring you Liza Hawkeye, Full of Advice
Faction: Military
Cost: 6
Strength: 5
Wits: 5
Alchemy: 0
Ability: BATTLE STRENGTH: Target Defending
character gains +2 strength
Keywords: Human, Soldier
This Hawkeye is a high cost.... but her stats
for a military character are right where they
need to be. her ability wont help much, but can
pull through in a defensive pinch. Id use this
only in a deck relying on Strength.
Rating: 3/5 Its an average card most of the
time, but has its uses.
