This card is a tricky little bastard. Basically,
you can thin out your deck by playing this.
Since the cost is only 3 wits, almost anybody
would be able to play it at any time. You can
easily get an advantage over your opponent by
being able to see their hand. So its a see your
opponent's hand for free at the cost of nothing.
Highly recommendable card if your deck is not
complete.

I personally
think that this card is wonderful and doesn't
see enough play, but I think it is weird that it
messes some people up to know what they have in
their hand but hey, it's deck thinning, and it's
"know what's just around the corner" works for
me;)!

3 Cost (Wits)
"Main Wits 3: Look at target opponent's hand.
Draw 1 card."
The Rundown: A pretty cheap event with a nice
effect. With this, not only do you get to take a
look at your opponent's hand for free, but you
also get to draw a card. Best of all, it only
costs 3 wits to play, and just about any
character with cost 4 and up has 3 Wits.
The Downside: This card can easily be countered
by Lyra, Budding Talent.
Then, you won't get either effect on this card.
Final Word: Well, personally, I like drawing 2
cards whenever I play with "card draw" cards.
However, the ability to look at your opponent's
hand is spiffy. This is an event I would play
with if I had lot of cards that mess with my
opponent's hand in my deck.
I give Peek a 4 out of 5.
