Raise the Dead
This card is great for any deck. It can also
come in handy if your graveyard is piled up.
Being able to choose anybody is always a bonus.
Even though you have to wait until next turn to
recruit, your ally would be worth it.
this card also goes great in alchemy decks like
tim marcoh. Good addition to alchemy control.
Or you can this this in a mob deck. Claire's
will be unstoppable if too much get on the
field.

Raise the Dead
1 Cost (Alchemy)
"Main Alchemy 1: Add target ally card in your
discard pile to your hand."
The Rundown: For a mere 1 Alchemy, you can bring
back your ally that was discarded before his/her
time. Raise the Dead is a great card for those
times when the ally you need the most was stuck
under your experience stack and got discarded
because of it. Or, if your opponent uses
Persuasion on your Veteran Alchemists and then
sacrifices them to his Basque Grand.
The Downside: Well, if your deck doesn't run any
Alchemy, it's going to be pretty hard to use
this card. And, it only targets an ally.
Final Word: While you do need some Alchemy to
run this card, most decks have at least 1 or two
characters that have Alchemy. So, this card
might be worth running if you need some cycle
cards that will bring that crucial ally back to
your hand for the next recruit phase.
I give Raise the Dead a 3.5 out of 5.

I think that
this thing is beautiful, especially with things
that are really supposed to be one time use only
sorts of cards like policeman - citizen of
linter, rioters - citizens of liore, (what's
with the citizen thing?) Heymans Bread -
Cynophbe, and other wonderful things of that
sort, or even something that has been defeated.
