Rose Thomas is
the symbolic leader of Liore and they follow her
when its actually Scar and Lyra doing the work
behind the scenes. Rose is also a familiar face
from the earliest episodes of the anime. Holy
Mother is what the citizens call her, and its
probably the leader that makes her viable, I
think its only fitting.
7 command is usually the bane of most leaders,
however this leaders 8 command is less than
stellar, and her 7 command has an effect that
essentially makes the deck viable. It doesn't
limit the allies you play, as there are no
allies you can't play with 7 command in Rose, it
may restrict your advantage recruitment, because
normally you want to recruit an ally and an
advantage in the same turn. In sealed, this
leaders effect is lackluster and you should use
the 8 command over her. In constructed she's the
optimal level 2.
