GranSolfachord Musecia – #DAMA-EN048
2 Pendulum Monsters – During your Main Phase: You can add 1 Pendulum Monster from your hand to the Extra Deck face-up, and 1 face-up Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to the hand, as long as one of them has an even Pendulum Scale, and the other has an odd Pendulum Scale. When you Pendulum Summon a “Solfachord” monster(s): You can target 1 of them; add 1 “Solfachord” Pendulum Monster from your Deck to your hand, whose Level equals the Pendulum Scale of that monster. You can only activate each effect of “GranSolfachord Musecia” once per turn.

Hello Pojo Fans,
GranSolfachord Musecia is some new Pendulum support in the form of a Link Monster.
Two Pendulum Monsters, no splashing here. Swap a Pendulum Monster in your hand for one face-up in the Extra Deck, pretty good 1-for-1. Even Pendulum Scale needed for one, odd of the other prevents abuse of certain monsters.
For the Solfachord archetype, Musecia can RoTA you another Solfachord Pendulum as long as their Level matches the Pendulum Scale of a Solfachord you target with Musecia. Eight Main Deck Solfachord monsters to choose from, their Levels lower as their Pendulum Sclae rises. If you are looking for power and advantage you will be trying to get DoSolfachord Cutia out to target her with Musecia to get DoSolfachord Coolia from the deck. Coolia can Special Summon herself using two Pendulum Monsters, gives you ATK power, negates up to two monsters on the field, and can be removal power too.
With so many levels and scales in the archetype, it makes sense Musecia would have these effects: she simplifies having certain scales at certain times for your Solfachord monsters to gain their best abilities. Could be used in other Pendulum decks unless they already have ways of performing her first effect.

Next up we look at Electrumite-lite with GranSolfachord Musecia.
Musecia is a Link-2 LIGHT Fairy with 1900 ATK and Bottom Left/Bottom Right arrows. Fine ATK, LIGHT/Fairy a fun combo, and arrows are great for a Pendulum strategy. You just need 2 Pendulums to summon this, so any Pendulum Deck can use this. First effect is during your Main Phase, you get to swap an even/odd Scaled Pendulum in your hand for an odd/even Scaled Pendulum in the Extra Deck. You just got to ensure of course one of them is even and the other is odd. It’s a fine effect to maybe get back some Pendulums you might want to Normal Summon or if there’s a 3rd Pendulum you wanted to summon from the Extra Deck, but couldn’t with just 2 Link Markers. Second effect upon Pendulum Summoning a Solfachord lets you search a Solfachord with a Level equal to the Scale of one of the Pendulum Summoned monsters, which again I appreciate an archetype getting more consistency. I just wish Solfachords as a whole were a bit better. This is overall an okay Link-2 for Pendulums, mainly Solfachords, but it doesn’t replace the Link-2 we’re really wanting back for the strategy. You might get some value from running it, but only if your Scales support running the card.
Advanced Rating: 2.5/5
Art: 4/5 I can still appreciate Solfachord art at least.

GranSolfaChord Musecia is our midweek card, in the train length name of cards we’re reviewing. Link 2, Light/Fairy is great, 1900 attack not bad for its Link, and arrows pointing to the respective bottom diagonals. Link Summon requires 2 Pendulum Monsters-yuck! This card is overly complicated and full of too much text, especially for as little as this card actually does. The specific conditions here and just annoying and unnecessary, and the payoff isn’t there for your trouble.
During the Main Phase you can add a Pendulum from your Hand to your Extra Deck, face-up (so your opponent gets to see it before it even, hopefully, hits the Field) and then move one from your Extra Deck (still face up) back to your Hand. So you can, the way I read this, get the one you send over that Turn. As strangely complicated and drawn out as that Effect is. But it’s just too much just to get a Pendulum card. One has to have an odd scale, and the other even, which isn’t HARD, but why does that matter.
Pendulum Summoning a Solfachord Monster lets you add another Theme Pendulum from your Deck to your Hand, so long as its Level equals the Level of the Monster you Targeted with this Effect. These Effects aren’t bad, they really aren’t, but they could’ve been left open instead of so restrictive for no reason. Each Effect, can be activated once per Turn though, so that’s a plus. Honestly, even in the Theme, I don’t see this as great. I wouldn’t use more than 1.

Art: This is definitely one of those ‘once you see it, you can’t unsee it’ pictures. 3.5/5
