Wassup, Harry Potter fans? I'm Gamelord, and I'm happy to say that you can
look forward to more articles written by me about this game in the future. My
first post will be about the card most people think of when they think of this
game- Harry Potter. Everyone has their own opinions of different cards, and such
is the case here.
Harry Potter
Wizard / Gryffindor / Unique
Whenever you use an action to draw a card, you may draw 2 cards instead of
1.
Harry's definitely Starting Character material. His special ability allows
you to sift through your deck faster and find vital cards. However, this is not
always a good thing in the Potter TCG, as you can run out of cards and lose the
game faster. Harry works out best in certain types of deck. He'd do wonderfully
in a Hagrid-Steelclaw deck, where the aim is to leave your opponent so far
behind that it won't matter as much if you draw cards from your deck often. In a
Hermione deck, he could serve as a backup Character, bringing in more and more
Lessons so you can get them out faster in the early parts of the game.
My Rating: 4 out of 5
Use it?: Yes, if your deck style can accomodate and benifit from a speedy
card-drawer like Harry Potter.
