Hi
MadEye,
Thanks
for doing this deck for me. Its called Flitwicks Pets and its 11-10. Its
strenghts are its fast creature ability, spells like stupefy and charms exam,
and Flitwicks ability. It's weakness is usually against other creature decks
similar to mine. Can you help??
Thanks
again,
Adam

Hello
Adam!
Well
let’s see here. Hmmm, good start, but let’s give it a little tweaking. Your
spell area is your real weak spot, you not drawing spells like you want I’m
sure of that, so we will be bulking you up there.
I’m
not a big Hagrid fan, but I will leave him in there since this is how your
deck’s designed. With cards like Diffindo and Vanish, characters are tougher to
use at all anymore. I do believe you may make him work for you and if you do
play him, use him after you have creatures out already. The BIG mistake with
his card is that people worry about him getting out there early. Get those
creatures out in play and start damage first then if you have a turn when you
can unleash Hagrid do so.
I
like 4 adventures in creature decks, but 6 are too much. Now the question is,
which do you use? I think you should burn In The Stands. It is a condition card
and decks with those cards are limiting themselves for conditions that don’t
always exist. Hagrid Needs Help will still work on the McGon for one turn and
that is the best way to kill her special ability.
Ideal!
You
should bulk up to 16 creatures and you will be good there.
This
is where you needed the most help. This is where you have been getting beat.
Stupefy is gone. It helps you very little against creature decks and for only 2
more damage? you could take out a creature with Stream and save your damage
while getting 3 hits on them too. You need 4 Stream. I agree Charms Exam is a
great card against healer decks and creatures decks that just used their feast,
but you really need another feast. You can get by with 21 lessons, so we will
swap one for one there to gain you one more feast. Now when you use Flitwick’s
ability you have 3 choices and keep in mind, if you already have a good number
of creatures out, sometimes it is better to know off one of theirs late in the
game (Stream) instead of feasting it.
Drop
one COMC and you will be in good shape here.
===============================
This
doesn’t seem like much of a change…but it should play better for you. It is
still a deck that needs a wand early on to do well. However, most Flitwick/creature
decks are that way. I think you will find that this should edge you up a little
more against other creature decks and it will do fine against some spell decks
too.
AH!
These kids and their lies! This Secrecy Sensor is constantly going off…Good Luck!
