be made from the cards available in the starter decks.

Ok, I’ve decided to post this for the benefit of those that only have a starter deck and still wish to play under the Advance Rules. Advance Rules increase your deck size to 61 cards per deck, instead of 41 as in Beginner Play. So if we combine both decks, we will have 82 cards (which is too much) and some of the cards have more than 4 of themselves, which isn’t allowed either. Lets see how this goes.

Characters:

You’ll have a choice of either Hermoine or Draco for your starting character. Hermoine might be good since there will probably be a high lesson count in this deck, but you may prefer Draco’s nifty ability. It’s up to you.

Creatures:

-4 Curious Ravens

-2 Hagrid and the Stranger

-1 Vicious Wolf

The Ravens are one of those cards that you would have too many of by combining the decks. You’d have 4 Strangers, which may a bit too much, and something has got to go to keep the deck size down. Wolves may cost a bit much, but cutting never was easy. :P

Charms:

-1 Vermillious

You’ve got 4 Vermillious so will just cut 1 since they do come in kinda handy.

Transfiguration:

-1 Incarcifors

Incarcifors costs the most out of this section, so we’ll drop 1 to make a total of 2 left.

Lessons:

-11 CMC

-1 Charms

Cut half the CMC lessons and 1 Charms lesson.
