Has anyone fantasized about using this card with Philosopher's Stone?
Although tantalizing, that combo is difficult to pull off with consistency.
What Arthur needs is a target big enough to warrant using an action,
but small enough to get into play on a timely basis. Personally, I feel
that means items with a power cost in the range of 6 to 10 would be
optimal. You might consider Flying Car, Phoenix Feather Wand, Silver
Unicorn Horn, Bulgeye Potion, Silver Cauldron, Moonseed Potion,
Hospital Bed, Porcupine Robes, Winged Keys, Quidditch Cup, Nimbus
2000, and Dragon Hide Gloves, for example. Most of the choicest
alternatives seem to be in the green and blue colors, which are often
associated with Draco Slytherin item decks. Draco tends to prefer
smaller items, however, to gain actions from the very beginning of the
game. My main problem with Arthur is that he doesn't aid us in our
development in any way. That implies his primary use will be as an
allied character, which makes him vulnerable to discard. Nonetheless,
he carries great promise in being an interesting a strong core card for
a deck. I urge everyone to give him a try.

This guy rules you just pack him in a deck with a ton of items and you
are guaranteed some good damage after the first few turns. I love
running him with Rouge Bludger. That is like 11 damage a turn for one
action. I personally prefer him as an ally to Draco Slytherin but he can
work well as a starter to.

This card is the perfect companion for Draco Slytherin Decks. I mean if you
got Draco and Arthur in play, you could play a Bulgeye Potion, then use an action
to have Arthur do damage and then discard the card to do more damage. Thats a 23
damage combo. You do that two turns in a row my goodness! Now it doesn't have to
be with damage causing items it can be with any item. This card just sounds so nice.
The hits just keep on coming, I like this card, I suggest playing this card.

Great with Item decks. Particularly big items. Try using it with stuff like Phoenix
Feather Wand, cause wands can help you reach the high costs of big items. Invisibility
Cloak, to sit and stop some damage while assisting in doing damage too. Bulgeye Potion,
use Arthur to do damage then discard to do more damage. Golden Snitch, play then use
Arthur to get yourself that extra 10 ahead that you need. =) Even Dragon-Hide Gloves
would be useful with him. Pretty much anything around 7 or up. :D

Arthur Weasley is just plain cool. This ability can kill and there is
little to no defense against him at the moment. There are plenty of cards
that get rid of items, but most people tend to put these cards at the bottom
of their importance pile. If you enjoy playing Draco, Sly like i do, it is
almost a gimmee to put Arthur into your item decks. I have seen decks that
use this character as a starter with items like Winged Keys and Invisibility
Cloak effectively creating a lock against creatures and spells. However,
you don't need to get that high for this guy to be effective. A Dragon
Heart Wand can do 5 damage each turn which is pretty cool. One of the
better combos is Bulgeye or Moonseed Potion where you hurt them each turn
until they get kinda low and then discard it to kill them off. Watch out
for this guy, he's crazy and very effective.

The head of the ministry of magic's section of misuse of muggle artifacts,
this chappy gives a bang to all items. Combo it with Draco Malfoy Slytherin
item decks with Lockhart's hair care potions and in the first turn you might
be able to play this guy out for later use.Add a few high casting cost items
like flying car or bulgeye potion in the deck or maybe a nimbus 2001 and you
got damage at least equal to 8 every turn. Although you have to sacrifice an
action to do so, it is better than playing a spell card because not many
spell cards have the possibility of doing that much damage without
discarding a card *cough* malovent mixture, mid air collision *cough*. This
card is definitely one of the best to include in an item deck. We'll be
seeing more from this fellow.
