I love this card. In a character deck she allows you to draw tons of cards
for free, and the draw is optional, not forced. Of course, she's useless in
decks without lots of characters, so she's very much a niche card. The fact
of the matter is, however, that in her little niche, nobody does it better.
She's tremendous in decks featuring 8 or more characters. Check out my
Hannah deck, described in Pojo's Featured Article section for a deck that
abuses Ginny to nice effect.

This little girl can pull quite a great trick. It keeps your character
deck full of ammo for Crabbe and Goyle and you can decide not to draw
to keep from killing yourself. She also works in decks that use a few
characters to help control the board. Though good she is usually inferior
to the rest of her kin but all the same card advantage is a big advantage.

Ginny Weasley is the perfect companion for character decks, in that if you need
cards you might need her in play. However, most character/adventure decks rely
on the slow kill, and if you deck yourself before you terminate your opponent,
you could be in trouble, but then again this card might help so that you can use
your Crabbe & Goyle power more often while you slap down a human chess game. Slow
Death is always fun to watch, but this card doesn't really help all that much.

Good girl, go fetch me some cards. ;x In Character decks, this is nice. Probably
NOT your starter, cause there's obviously better ones out there, but if you think
of her as just a "tool" to help you get more cards, she does well. Also, it makes
playing multiple character decks more of an incentive. =)

Ginny can be very dangerous. For you and for your opponent. I do not
suggest her for the decks with loads of characters, but if you usually play
2 or 3 extra characters, she could fit in well. Even if she is your only
other character, she is like a Photo Album that you don't have to use.
Drawing cards is always good as it saves you that pesky task of using
actions to draw. Pretty much, if you intend to have a few characters in
play and you want some card drawing, she works great for you. If you are
playing one of those crazy decks with 10 or more characters, I wouldn't dare
put her in the deck as she is more likely to help your opponent than you.
She is a card i haven't really played with too much, but overall i feel her
use is somewhat limited.

The youngest of the weasleys to attend hogwarts, and the one who set the
basilisk loose.... Argh forget that bit. Quite an interesting card. If you
play little Ginny here as a backup character and fetch her out early in the
game and you have a starting character, you would have the absolute jump
start of having more cards in your hand to make better moves. Though little
ginny in my opinion is not good to stand with the big guns Character /
Adventrue decks, she is a good backup in some decks. Combo her with a few
healing cards in your deck or cards like impersonating goyle or vanishing
referee to get rid of her once you've had enough of this little tyke so you
won't slay your ownself.
