This wand is unique, so if your opponent has one out, then you can't play yours.
I wouldn't worry too much about that, though. Nearly everyone with half a brain
who wants to play with small wands will prefer Borrowed Wand over this one.
In comparison, the Umbrella only provides you with half as much free lessons.
In compensation, this card gives you the location search ability. That's not much
of a benefit, however, since you actually have to discard this card and use an
action just to get that location into your hand. From there, you'll need yet one
more action to play it. Since you need two actions to draw and play the Umbrella,
that means you are using four actions to get a location into play. Had the fetch of
a location not required the Umbrella to be discarded, this might have been almost
playable. As it stands, you are far better off using other methods to get locations.

This card is ok, but I can't think of decks that really need to depend on
locations...Borrowed Wand is MUCH better than this. Gringotts Vault
Key/Alohomora do too. But, in certain decks where Wand Shop is really
needed, I can see having this...Also, providing one charms works, too. :)
Not really a good card, but not a bad one either.

This card is terrible kind of like a really really bad book except you
can only have one in play at a time and the ability usually isn’t worth
the sacrafice. Play Alohormora or Borrowed Wand not this card.

That pink umbrella which he is always carrying. Seems useful to him but not
really to us. A wand, meaning only one at any time on your playing side.
Another thing is UNIQUE <-- ARGH!!! That is not good if your opponent
manages to play that card first, so in order for you to do so you would have
to get rid of his card. Only one in your deck. And what does it do? Does it
win the game for you? You might, you might not even get a chance to play
this card. Although it does provide one charms power but with the fact that
you need to use an action to search for a location card and then! Play it
with another action. Doesn't seem useful to me. So the bottom line, not
worth the time.
Pros: Provides one charms power, Lets you search for a location card, Good
card to keep in your binder.
Cons: Uniqueness meaning only one in play at any current time, Uses an action
to get a location and then using another to play it.

This is one of the cards where it doesn't seem bad and it doesn't seem great,
but when its in the right deck it could be helpful. I could really see this in
an item deck for its essentially a book. The bonus is where you get to find a
location that you want. So in essence it could be like a location finding card
if you wanted it to be. I don't know which locations you want to build your deck
around, but with Draco Slytherin anything is possible.

Let's find a reason to use this. It's a wand, but there are plenty better wands out
there. It provides 1 power, but Borrowed Wand cand provide two for about the same cost.
It can use two actions to find a Location to put in your hand, but Alohomora could do
this for 1 action, leaving your other action free to play the Location you just searched
for if you wanted to. It's a rare, but should probably be an uncommon. It's unique, but
who's gona be caught dead with this in their deck anyways? =o

Just blame it on the rain......... uhm... yah... speaking of one hit
wonders, we got Haggy's Umbrella here. I say a one hit wonder cuz you can
use it until you want to discard it... Ever wonder why he chose pink? I
guess he wanted to look more fearsome? After all, the troll with the boquet
of daisies is much scarier in some ways then the troll weilding a nasty
club. Or maybe he wanted to show his softer side? At any rate, I don't
much care for this one. If your deck relies on a location, it's not a bad
choice, but i'm still a big fan of good ol' Borrowed Wand. And there are
plenty of cards in charms that let you search for locations. But if you are
limited in card choice and definitely want to have a location out, this is
not a bad choice.
