Although there are cards that allow you to organize your deck to ensure
that a lesson is your top card, the benefit of getting that lesson directly
into play when Errol swoops in is too meager to bother with the effort.
If we assume Errol's extra effect will occur mostly through luck, then
roughly 40% of the time he's played, we gain the equivalent of two actions.
The chances rise in heavily lesson laden decks. However, such decks try to
pile on the learning in order to play a few big and nasty cards. Errol is
neither big nor nasty being a 1/1, so he doesn't fit the scheme well. You
can play games with cards like Family Ghoul to reuse Errol, not that his
ability is worth trying to reuse. Since he's unique, it's unlikely you can
count on getting that lesson ability going with any reliability with only
one in your deck, presuming you like him more than I do. I'd put one copy
of this bird in a fun owl deck just for grins, but nowhere else.

In Owl decks, this card is sweet. If you have a lesson, it goes into play!
If it isn't, you know what your next draw is. :) Knowing what you're going
to get is VERY good. Also, with Into the Forbidden Forest, Hagrid and
Eeylops Owl Emporioum combo, you have 5 damage a turn. I know, hard to pull
off, but very, VERY effective when it is done.

The pet owl of the Weasley family. Hmm not bad lesson count, only 3. 1/1
creature, typical of an owl. But the main difference is, that you can look
at the top card of your deck and if it is a lesson you can put it into play.
Yes into play! W00t thats a good count. Well that is this owl's strong
point. But being unique you and rare this card won't be played much. Plus
with a doxy or a streeler this bird is as good as a roast christmas turkey.
~mmm turkey...~ <-- so final rating is *drum rolls*

Kinda like Wizard Crackers, but better because it doesn't get discarded if the
card isn't a Lesson, and you get to know what's coming next. Plus the fact that
it's an Owl makes it a nice fit in current Owl Decks. =)
