The first thing you need to notice about this card is that it itself is a Slytherin
card, and thus deals your opponent one damage per turn on its own, without
any other help. According to my count, there are only seven other Slytherin
cards in the game, and three of them are named Draco. Only one of the
remaining four, Slytherin Snake, is non-unique. What this means is that this
location isn't going to be doing a lot of damage for you, even if you build your
deck around it. Even worse, Professor Snape and Draco Slytherin are both
very common starters, so you may frequently find yourself taking damage
from your own location. The bottom line is that although this card is interesting,
it doesn't make the "A" list.

In a character deck, this card could be okay. But, the only Slytherin cards
that are commonly used are Draco and Snape, and that's only 2 damage per
turn. There are better ways to do damage, and these aren't the way...;)

Not very good there are some Slytherin cards but most of them are Characters and that in addition
to the six power requiered to play this card makes any feasible deck very slow. It just really
isn’t worth playing.

We successfully drank the pollyjuice potion and made it into the SCR. We
need to get draco to spill about the attacks. We also do one damage to our
opponent for each slytherin in play. They do the same thing to us. There
aren't that many slytherin cards. The only character search cards for all
characters are Ron the Brave and Chocolate Frogs and Entrancing Entrantments
and other search cards. If you have a character deck, go with GCR and not SCR.

Great in a Slytherin House deck. The new Slytherin Serpent is like Cunning Fox,
but counts as a Slytherin. Use Snape or Draco Sly for starter, and maybe even a
Marcus Flint ally and/or Crabbe and Goyle. So far the most different Slytherin
things you could have out is 9, but that could also be a good sign that your
opponent won't be likely to use it against you for more damage than you'd do
against him/her. If there were any more sets coming, there would probably be an
addition to the Slytherin library, but since that doesn't look promising, it's
as good as it can get right now.

There just aren't enough Slytherin cards to make this effective in most
cases. Sure, we got the Slytherin Snakes now, and some characters.... but
a good Dogbreath Potion or Moonseed Poison is much more effective in most
cases. Now if you could work it so that this thing was doing say.... 5
damage to your opponent each turn, it would be noteworthy. It's just too
much of a stretch at the moment though.
