Angelina gives you an extra action even if your opponent controls
the match in play. Since you only gain the action if you start the turn
with a match in play, you should be ready to play a match as soon
as one is won. Having lots of matches will increase the chances of
having one in your hand when you need it, but decrease the chances
of winning matches that are already out. It's unclear what the optimal
number for a deck should be, although I tend to play with around
eight, most of the time. In my opinion, Angelina is best used with
matches that are difficult to win - most notably Three-Month-Long
Match and Muddy Practice. While those matches are out, you gain
the actions needed to put out Bludgers and use Power Plays. Catch
the Snitch can also be used to win a match at the last moment. Few
opposing decks are configured to handle matches. Despite this fact,
I don't think Angelina has enough solid support cards for it to be a
tier one deck right now. She is a very strong starter, however, and
decks she runs tend to be interesting and fun to play. I have doubts
about AJ's adequacy as an allied character, however.

In Muddy Practice deck, this card is amazing. In match decks, she's pretty
good, too ;) One extra action is pretty good, as with Unicorn. And, since
you can't get rid of it, if you get a match out first turn, which is VERY
probable, you start getting the advantage RIGHT away. That makes up for the
lack of lesson ;)

Extra actions can make up for the lack of a built in lesson very fast but I would
still play her as a secondary character because it usually takes a few turns to get a
match that you are guareenteed to win out and if you aren’t guaranteed to win it why
play it. To get full effect of her ability think to your self: how many turns will
this match be in play. If it is 3 month long match you have a good chance of getting an
extra action every turn which helps more than say Rainy Day match which might be in
play a turn.

One of the best chasers at hogwarts. Want another fact? She's also good in
the card game. Getting another action when you have a match in play sounds
so so sweet. I mean think of this an additional spell damage with the match
Muddy Practice in play. Still not interested? Try gryffindor match. Imagine
you having it in play at the last turn and you play Defense card. And now
its your turn to have some fun. Imagine you having more than 13 lessons
along with it. You have 3 actions and 12 damage to solve this puppy. Now
think of 3 Mid Air collisions in your hand with a Biassed Commentry. Play
the biased and you have 2 actions left play a mid air collission for a
whopping 15 damage, and solve the adventure, since 2 actions are given as a
prize play 2 more to total up to 45 damage in one turn! This is just one of
the good combos if you can manage to pull when playing this girl. She's
definitely an excellent starter for any quidditch decks with matches.

Angelina is a force to be reckoned with under the right circumstances. Basically
she'll give you an extra action, if you have a match in play at the start of
your turn, so if you play a match you don't get an extra action. There are a
few matches that if you play, you should solve right away, and then there are
other matches you can definitely leave out for a long time. So on that note,
Angelina will work good on matches that hang around for a long time, which can
really help you get Bludgers in play as well as playing some devastating spells.
Most people shy away from non lesson providing starters, but I think you could
do much worse, in the right themed deck.

She's just purrrfect for a Draco Sly/Item/Match deck. An natural back-up character,
and good with matches that tend to be hard to solve very fast. If you're playing with
Quidditch and using Matches, but can't decide on a starting character, she is definatly
worth a shot.
