Both you and your opponent get a three card draw, but this costs you an
action, whereas your opponent gets their draws for "free". Of course, nothing
is quite free in this life. This card is meant for inclusion in a deck that
attempts to fill up an opponent's hand with cards. Other complementary cards,
such as Jawbind Potion, Fouled, Through the Arch, Dobby's Help, and lesson
denial cards like Lost Notes can all help in filling their hand, at which point
they are vulnerable to such cards as Venomous Tentacular Juice, Griphook,
and Charms Exam. If you find that repeated use of this card fills up your
hand as well, you can just dump them to a Spiral Dive for damage, or perhaps
play an Aparecium to at least get your held lessons onto the table. I've seen
people use Colin as a starter, but those decks lacked strength. It's best to use
a starter which helps your development or gives you bonus actions. Colin
does neither. As an allied character, he's expensive to get into play and to
use. I prefer other options for filling my hand and my opponent's.

Very interesting effect and good when combined with our good friend Griphook but he still helps
your opponent out more than he hurts them still nice in an adventure heavy deck.

You could combo this card with Griphook. Use it to get your opponets hand
big and then boom! They're dead. This is good if you have a VTJ in your deck
becuase that's 9 more cards for their hand! The only problem is that it
builds your hand too. But if you find you have small hands a lot and you
need more cards, this card is good for you.

Speeding up the end of the game by having both sides draw cards is nice. You could
get cards you need to help you win faster, and make your opponent's deck become
progressively shorter too. But be careful, the opposite is true for you too.
