This is an interesting character. If you have a means of dumping your hand, this
version of Ron will allow you a huge draw of five cards. The problem is that you
need to use an action to get that big draw. Well, no, that's not the only problem.
There's also the fact that you need to use an action to draw Ron and two more to
get him into play, unless you sacrifice development speed by making him your
starter. You also must get rid of that card you drew at the start of your turn, as
well as any holdovers from last turn, just to use this ability. Then, once you do
run it for the big draw, you have five more cards you need to get rid of before
you can use him again. Note that all the time you are doing this you are virtually
damaging yourself in a significant way, and not hurting your opponent. There are
many other methods in the game for drawing cards that are more reliable and
efficient. As with most kid brothers, this is one you'll want to leave home.

Interesting but generally useless effect as your hand is hardly ever empty still with Crabbe and
Goyle out he might merit a look see, but on the whole a way to conditional effect to be used well.

This card isn't that good. I find that you barely ever have no cards in your
hand and this card does 5 virtual damage to you. Instead of this card i
would replace it with either The Burrow or The Famous Harry Potter if you
wanted the same effect. Otherwise don't use it.

Not the greatest card to usually be considered a rare, but all Characters must
be rare or something... It might work good with Ginny Weasley, and you might be
running a Weasley deck if you did that.. but then, you might also be crazy. :P
There are just better versions of Ron available than this.
